Land, Utility & Engineering Surveyor's, Cornwall, UK | Full Time-Permanent | Salary/Benefits: Negotiable

We are actively seeking land, utility and engineering surveyors of all grades to join our team based in Cornwall.

- Utility Surveyor (experienced)

As we continue to grow as a company the demand for an experienced, competent and knowledgeable utility surveyor is now greater than ever. Therefore, we are actively seeking a utility surveyor to take the lead!

Essential Skills | Experienced, competent and confident in taking utility surveys from award to completion, experienced in leading a utility survey team, dealing with clients and customers requirements/needs directly, experienced & competent with the use of AutoCAD software, knowledge of n4ce software is desirable but not essential, experienced in using Leica total stations, GPS, laser scanner's and other survey equipment including all utility survey equipment, clean drivers license, computer literate, experience in undertaking topographic surveys from field to finish.

Beneficial Skills | Any surveying/engineering related experience is beneficial! This role is for an experienced utility surveyor, see above.

Personal Skills | Ability to lead a team, good communication skills with colleagues and clients, good work ethic, flexibility, ability to work on projects individually and as part of a team, willingness and drive to help our company broaden it's presence in the utility surveying sector.


- Land Surveyor (experienced)

We are currently looking for a land surveyor with experience to work with our current survey team in Cornwall.

Essential Skills | Experienced & competent with the use of AutoCAD software, knowledge of n4ce software is desirable but not essential, experienced in using Leica total stations, GPS, laser scanner's and other survey equipment, clean drivers license, computer literate, experience in undertaking topographic surveys from field to finish, experience in undertaking measured building surveys from field to finish.

Beneficial Skills | Experience with n4ce software, experience with Leica Cyclone 360 software, experience in working with point cloud data, experience in BIM modelling, experience in site setting out/site engineering, experience in utility surveying, experience in photogrammetry.

Personal Skills | Good communication skills, good work ethic, flexibility, ability to work on projects individually and as part of a team.


- Graduate's/Trainee Surveyors

As we continue to grow as a company the demand for an experienced, competent and knowledgeable setting out engineer is now greater than ever. Therefore, we are actively seeking an engineer to take the lead!

Essential Skills | Experienced, competent and confident in taking setting out projects from award to completion, experience in dealing with clients and customers requirements/needs directly, experienced & competent with the use of AutoCAD software, knowledge of n4ce software is desirable but not essential, experienced in using Leica total stations, GPS, laser scanner's and other survey equipment, clean drivers license, computer literate, experience in undertaking topographic surveys from field to finish, experience in undertaking measured building surveys from field to finish.
